Jaleesa Avery, a sophomore from Denver, had a big weekend in helping the Cougars to two 100-point wins last week. Jaleesa finished with 24 points in a 107-32 win over the Nebraska All-stars and then had 19 points in a 115-56 win over McCook on Saturday. Jaleesa knocked home a trey in each game and combined for 7-of-8 free throw shooting. Jaleesa had three rebounds, four assists, and two steals against the all-stars and then had five rebounds and three assists against McCook.
