The Lancers fight until the last day of the Region IX Tournament but conclude their season with a 3-set loss (22-25, 23-25, 18-25) to the South's top-seeded WNCC Cougars. EWC finished 25-13 on the season and was the only North team to make it to Saturday's play.

A few players were recognized for individual achievements following the conclusion of the tournament. Each award is something they truly earned and deserve, but would not be possible without a strong team that makes every quality pass, dig, set, block and hit possible.

Vanja Pržulj was named the Region IX-North Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year and was named to the All-Tournament team.

Charlène Hosly was named to the All-Region North team, a year after being named to the All-Region South team.

Lauren Feierabend was named to the All-Region North team, and was the second-highest ranked freshman on the All-Region team, behind only teammate Vanja Pržulj.

Lexi Trowbridge was named to the All-Tournament team. Lexi helped lead the Lancers to an upset sweep over Western Wyoming with 21 assists and 11 digs.
