Baseball Team

This goes out to the Cougar baseball team for putting together a strong season, finishing fourth at the Region IX tournament over the weekend and going 2-2 in the tournament. The taam finished the year at 27-26 and finished the year with a team batting average of .297 and a total of 54 home runs. The Cougars were 15-12 at home. WNCC loses 14 players to graduation for next year. At regionals, WNCC lost to Lamar, and then came back to defeat McCook and Lamar, before falling to Southeast. Good season the baseball team.
