The Western Nebraska Community College softball team will hold a softball camp for youngsters in the 8th grade and below in a fun, learning environment.
The camp will run from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday and will be held at Volunteer Field, located behind the Cleveland Field baseball field. Cost of the camp is $35 and includes a picture for players to sign and a picture of participant with team. Each participant needs to bring a glove and water bottle.
The camp will cover defensive skills for all positions except pitching. Skills covered will include catching, throwing, fielding ground balls and fly balls, and more.
