Female Athlete of the Week for Week Ending December 11 -- Adelina Urtane
Female Athlete of the Week for Week Ending December 11 -- Adelina Urtane-- Female Athlete of the Week for the Week Ending December 11 -- -- Adelina Urtane, Women's Basketball -- Adelina Urtane, a sophomore from Aizkraukle, Latvia, continued to have a productive season as she tallied four straight double-figure games in the last four outings. She also has scored double figures in 9 of the last 10 games. At the Gillette tourney, Adelina finished with 41 points with three treys and 4-for-4 from the charity stripe along with 17 rebounds, two assists, and three steals. She had a double of 11 rebounds and 13 points in a win over then unbeaten North Dakota School of Science. Adelina is averaging 13.2 points, 6.9 rebounds, and is shooting 81.6 from the charity stripe.

Male Athlete of the Week for Week Ending December 11 -- Isaiah St. Preux-- Male Athlete of the Week for the Week Ending December 11 -- -- Isaiah St. Preux, Men's Basketball -- Isaiah St. Preux, a freshman guard from Miramar, Florida, wrapped up the first semester with three straight double-figure games. Against Little Big Horn, Isaiah had 24 points followed by a 26-point effort against Miles, and then 15 points in a home win over Casper College on December 10. In the last four games, Isaiah 73 points with six 3-pointers and going 11-of-12 from the free throw line. Isaiah is averaging 9.3 points a game and shooting 77.3 percent from beyond the arc.
